Kylian Mbappe, the man who single handedly transformed the scenario and made the Argentinian team run the field with all the three goals to his name, still couldn’t lift the world cup for his team. Despite the loss, Mbappe is getting all the love from fans all over the world.

Fans are calling Kylian Mbappe the future of football in France. Mbappe gave an unforgettable performance in the World Cup at the age of just 23, scoring 3 goals in a world cup final, one more penalty and 12 world cup goals in two editions.

Despite losing the World Cup Trophy at the Lusail Stadium, Mbappe won the FIFA Golden Boot trophy against Messi who came second. Mbappe was awarded the Golden Boot Trophy for the most goals scored in the tournament, with 2 assists and a total of eight goals including 3 against Argentina.

Kylian Mbappe’s total of eight goals in this Qatar World Cup is the highest at a single World Cup since Gerd Muller scored 10 times in 1970 and Ronaldo 8 times in 2002. Mbappe now has a spot in the hearts of every football fan after making history.
